Using Cisco Smart Designs will give you "At-a-Glance" documents for both yourself and your partner, Design and Implementation Guides and the overview presentation for you to download. You will find information on the following topics:
- Single-site Secure Network Foundation: This solution is a higly integrated design for up to 96 users and is voice-ready. The LAN portion of the design uses CE500 switches
- Multi-site Secure Network Foundation: This solution supports serveral sites including a main office and up to 5 branch offices. The main services are VPN between sites and secure internet access at each site using firewall adn IPS (on ASA or IOS).
- Secure Mobile Worker: This solution complements the Multi-site Secure Network Foundation to provide SSL-VPN based remote access capability for seamless access to infrastructure resources.
- Multi-site Secure Network Foundation (HA): This solution enhances the Multi-site Secure Network Foundation through the introduction of redundancy in the WAN connectivity in the network to achieve a higher degree of business continuity.
- Multi-site Network Access Control (NAC): This solution complements the Multi-site Secure Network Foundation through the introduction of network access controll. NAC deployment is a network-centric integrated solution that enables the implementation of security, access and compliance policies from a centralised location.
